Sydney property vendors needing to knock 5% from asking prices: APM heat chart

September property market offerings had a mixed trend across the country as to the required discounting before offerings were sold by vendors.

The latest APM heat chart showed only Canberra with a marked lower discount required in the private treaty markets, down to 4.3% discounting.

Sydney property vendors needed to knock 5% from asking prices.

According to APM, the Brisbane and Perth private treaty market slowed in September.
