Suze DeMarchi downsizing to Alexandria
The downsizing rockstar Suze DeMarchi, the lead singer of Baby Animals, has moved away from the beach.
DeMarchi has settled on a new $1.6 million three bedroom apartment in Alexandria, in a block of just seven apartments completed late last year.
Spanning 155 sqm, the north facing apartment features a full width balcony.
BresicWhitney agents Chris Nunn and Nick Playfair sold the unit.
Earlier this year DeMarchi found a $2.2 million buyer for her Coogee house, after it passed in on a $2.18 million vendor bid through The Agency's Bethwyn Richards and Monica Smit.
The home cost DeMarchi $1,265,000 in 2011 when she returned from the US where she was married to the Aerosmith guitarist Nuno Bettencourt
The Baby Animals, which re-formed in 2007, have toured regularly since.
