Victoria's richest woman, the Sussan Group boss Naomi Milgrom, has continued her Byron Bay property buyup.

She's just spent $7 million on another Lighthouse Road acquisition.

Her off market purchase adjoins two prior that have been made over the past decade.

The three purchases total over 2,800 sqm, and have cost a pricey $17.5 million.

The retail queen's first buy was in 2007 when she paid $4.25 million, then four years later paying $6.2 million for the redundant holiday home of businessman Mark Rowsthorn.

The three bedroom, three level home, that has been a $1,200 a week rental, comes with views of The Pass and Clarke's Beach through to the hinterland.

Earlier this year Milgrom spent $3 million took to the hinterland for another purchase.

It was a two hectare estate bought from the former Saatchi and Saatchi art director Alan Morden and artist wife Denise.

She is based in bayside Melbourne at a 124 year old Italianate mansion in Middle Park, formerly the site of the historic Danish Club. Since its acquisition she bought up adjoining cottages which have been demolished to restore the estate's size to its heyday.

Milgrom, who is Australia's eight richest woman, has a net worth of an estimated $582 million.

Milgrom is rumoured to have put the fashion giant up for sale.
