Sweetwater, a property consisting of two homes on one 40 acre title in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, has hit the market.

It has been listed by David A. Perez and Linda Shore-Perez from Villa Prestige Properties Noosa Heads.

The property at 1620 Maleny Stanley River Road, Booroobin was purchased in 2006 by the owner and since then has undergone a complete regeneration and revegetation program.

The original house, The Cottage, was renovated and expanded in 2007 while the Manor House on top of the hill was built in 2012 by Storybook Cottages.

Perched on top of the Blackall Range with views, the Manor House is known by locals as The Castle House.

It comprises master bedroom with ensuite, second bedroom, designer kitchen, open plan living room, media room, sitting room, and Tower Room on the third floor.

Additional features include built-in library, Italian designed residential lift, fireplace and wooden staircases.

Surrounded by rainforest, the second dwelling, Sweetwater Cottage consists of five bedrooms, granite kitchen, undercover entertaining area and two fireplaces.

The cottage has hosted weddings and functions in recent years.
