Sun Cable chief executive David Griffin and partner David Peters have sold their Bowral property, with its price undisclosed. 

The five-bedroom residence comes with media room, home office and gymnasium.

There's an open air pavilion with outdoor kitchen, pool and manicured rear garden with a firepit.

The offering at 22 Bundaroo Street had a $3.8 million guide through Sarah Burke, of Di Jones.

It features a 47 kilowatt rooftop solar system with Tesla power wall and two electric 3-phase car chargers that were all installed following the purchase in 2013 for $930,000.

Griffin co-founded Sun Cable in 2018.
