For the past 10 years Summerlees has been managed by David and Carol Skerry with Summerlees Park currently running cattle.
The property typically runs up to 90 Murray Grey cows and calves.
It was previously lifetime a dairy farm.
Shooting and hunting has not been allowed since the 1995 purchase.
The vendors have planted in excess of 100 Australian Red Cedar Trees (Toona Australis), most of which are in a rainforest grove and will be a legacy to the future owners.
The seeds were sourced locally.
