A Steve Koolloos-designed Paddington trophy home has hit the market.

The offering at 84 Paddington Street is a bold reimagining of a Victorian terrace with nine-metre-high atrium voids.

There's been a diverse range of materials used including concrete, brickwork, timber and marble.

The property features a triple-car garage, a dedicated studio, and a plunge pool in the bamboo-framed backyard.

It was designed for the prior owners, Juicy Design director Tom Williams and wife Belinda by Steve Koolloos of MCK Architects after leaving only the facade and one side wall from its days as an ordinary Victorian terrace.

A three-storey high untouchable gum tree in the garden is viewed from the north-facing rear living room that also overlooks a glass-fronted plunge pool.

The Agency Eastern Suburbs agent Ben Collier has its schedule for March 2 auction.

There is a $7.7 million price guide.
