St Kilda footballer Sam Fisher lists in St Kilda

St Kilda footballer Sam Fisher has listed his the one-bedroom St Kilda apartment.

The 14/89 Fitzroy St apartment was bought in 2009.

Gary Peer agent Jeremy Rosens said he did live there, but has moved out now.

The top-floor property features a spacious outdoor terrace.

A price range of between $400,000 and $450,000 has been advertised for the apartment.

It will be auctioned on May 7.

Fisher was selling as he planned to diversify his investments, Mr Rosens said.
