With a northerly aspect and nestled into a private bushland setting adjacent to reserve, a Spence four-bedroom-plus-study residence was sold at auction on August 4.

It was offered by Phyllis Tidmarsh from Ray White - Canberra.

The house sold for $807,000.

Built in 1974 as a project home, renowned Canberra architect Robert Warren was engaged by the current owners to design an extension for 61 Somerville Street in the mid 1990's.
