Winter Olympic gold medallist Steven Bradbury and wife Amanda are selling one of their Queensland investments that they've just finished building.

The Northgate-based Bradburys, who are keen property investors with properties in Gatton, Ningi and Kings Beach, paid $419,000 for a 430 square metre block of land in Nudgee, 13 kilometres north of Brisbane.

In collaboration with PlanBuild, they constructed a modern four bedroom home with 235 square metres of internal living space.

The ground level is dedicated to living, with an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge space opening to the alfresco.

Upstairs are the four bedroom and a rumpus room.

Bradbury is one of Australia's most well known gold medallists, winning the gold in 2002 from last to first when all his opponents crashed on the final corner.

He was the first athlete from the Southern Hemisphere and Australia to win a Winter Olympic gold medal.
