Sophie and Dale’s Dorcas Street terrace challenges Brad and Lara’s for title of 'the best on The Block'

Sophie and Dale's South Melbourne terrace offering in The Block 2012 series is the subject to date of a whisper marketing campaign.

There’s also been a blog website set up, bestontheblock.com.au, to assist anyone curious about the design work of the couple, who quickly secured a following after their creative bedhead installation.

Its Kay & Burton listing agent Alex Schiavo is yet to publicly market the property through regular print or internet advertising avenues, but has apparently already shown a string of interested parties having identified them as likely buyers of 401 Dorcas Street from the estate agency database.

There was also a mid-week caravan of K&B agents at the terrace – when they met up with the highly qualified tradespeople who worked on the terrace to seek confirmation about all the features, fixtures and fittings of the terrace.

Only four of the nine room renovations have been revealed in the terraces, which were completed some months ago.
