Some 672 days on the market - and now at a 45% discount - Australia's most discounted offering at Closeburn: SQM

A three-bedroom residence on 13.45 hectares in Closeburn tops SQM’s most discounted properties for another week.

The Queensland property (pictured below) also includes a workshop, separate office and multi vehicle parking.

It comes with the potential of being subdivided into four two-hectare allotments.

It was originally listed for $1.45 million and after 672 days on the market, is now listed for $795,000 – a 45% price cut.

Queensland properties continue to dominate SQM’s top 10 most discounted properties list, taking out six spots.

However SQM says these Queensland properties are located in outer areas or on islands and are not necessarily a reflection of the Queensland market.

The property prices are predicted to remain flat in Brisbane for the remainder of the year.
