Socialite Heidi Onisforou has secured her next renovation project, another Victorian terrace in Potts Point which was snapped up off-market.

Title records show she has paid $4.1 million for the home under a company name, suggesting it won't be her home.

It's the long time home of veteran lawyer Ezekiel Solomon, who bought the Victoria Street home for $75,000 in 1977, in the midst of the strip's heritage battle.

Solomon has recently settled on a $4.55 million, three bedroom apartment in the Cosmopolitan complex in Double Bay.

Onisforou lives in a flat above Zinc cafe after she downsized from her Challis Avenue project, the 1890s Saraville, which sold for a suburb record $13 million last year.
