Singer Shannon Noll chops his Condo cottage asking price

Singer Shannon Noll has yet to sell his Condobolin cottage.

It was his first house bought in late 2002 – before he was catapulted into the charts following his Australian Idol success.

The High Street house cost $150,000.

It now has a $198,000 asking price.

It was listed with $230,000 hopes late last year, then $220,000 hopes and didn't sell when scheduled for May auction.

Noll has not unsurprisingly stuck with his estate agent, the Ray White Parkes agent Kim Noll, but recently allowed another local agent, J N Straney & Son Pty Ltd a conjunctional agency.

It was in 2003 when the sleepy little in western NSW was nicknamed Shannonville.

The town of 3,000 on the Lachlan River was brought to life by the success of the local singer.

Shortly after his singing success captured the nation he moved to Sydney with fiancee Rochelle and their sons Blake, 16 months, and Cody, 3.
