Mandalay, a 77 hectare estate in Exeter, has been listed for sale with a guide of $10 million to $11 million.

It's been listed by investment banker Chris Fullerton and his wife Judith. The couple commissioned the British-Colonial-style residence shortly after paying $300,000 for the cattle-grazing property in 1991.

Set in gardens landscaped by James Pfeiffer, Mandalay has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms a custom built sauna and 3,800 bottle wine cellar.

It was inspired by a 1900s grand mansion the Fullerton's saw in Singapore.

A three bedroom caretaker's cottage, north-south tennis court, croquet lawn, walled rose garden and orchard sit on the parcel.

Christie's International agents Ken Jacobs and Bruce Eason are marketing the home.
