Seven chief Tim Worner sells redundant Manly home
Seven chief Tim Worner has secured the sale of his redundant Manly property having bought closer to the ocean.
Warner paid $9.5 million for the Bower Street home.
His house, which sold mid-week had a price guide of between $6 million to $6.6 million, and sold for a bit higher.
Spread over three glass-wrapped levels, the architecturally designed home had heated pool set in tropical landscaped gardens.
McGrath Manly agent Jake Rowe sold the home in conjunction with Belle Property.
Worner had paid $1.035 million for in 2000.
