Collingwood’s Scott Pendlebury is having another shot at selling his Newport cottage.

But his two-bedroom Douglas Parade property,  just a stroll to Williamstown’s cafes, hasn't had much taken off his expectations despite the 13 months since its initial listing.

It was first listed with $780,000 to $840,000 expectations and now comes with $750,000 to $810,000 hopes following its fresh marketing campaign, which kicked off earlier this month.

He's now changed agents to Greg Hocking Elly Partners, using the same photographs as its November 2011 marketing campaign.

Pendlebury paid $567,000 in late 2007.

Presumably his impressive shoe collection is in situ at his Albert Park purchase (pictured above).
