Sam Stosur sells Gold Coast investment property

Professional tennis player Sam Stosur recently sold her Gold Coast investment property for $500,000.

The Heeb St, Benowa property sold at an $8,500 loss having been purchased in 2007 with her older brother Daniel for $508,500.

They sold the three bedroom villa through The Professionals to an Ipswich couple downsizing closer to the beach.

It had been a $425 to $475 per week rental.
