Sabo Skirt co-founder Thessy Kouzoukas lists Mount Gravatt East apartment
Co-founder of fashion label Sabo Skirt Thessy Kouzoukas and her husband and gym entrepreneur George Batsinilas have listed their apartment in Brisbane’s south side for sale.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at 6/22 Selborne Street, MOUNT GRAVATT EAST has price hopes of at least $550,000.
Kouzoukas, also known as Thessy K, started fashion label Sabo Skirt with her sister-in-law.
Last year the couple snapped up a five-bedroom property in Holland Park West which they now plan to tear down and rebuild. The couple bought the home for $1.14 million, records show.
They have been living in another home they own in Brisbane for the past few years, needing more space after the birth of daughter Zani.
Place Estate Agents Kangaroo Point’s Michael Bacon said the apartment was unique for the MOUNT GRAVATT EAST area.
The apartment itself is around five years old, had been repainted for sale and was the perfect property for first-home buyers, he said.
Kouzoukas and Batsinilas have been called one of the power couples of Brisbane, with Batsinilas the co-owner of an online fitness business and gym at Kangaroo Point known as FitazFk, according to Domain.
