Salisbury is the cheapest South Australia locality to purchase a unit, according to a recent Investar report.

The property investment says that a two bedroom unit in the northern Adelaide suburb has a median price of $150,000.

This is followed by Murray Bridge with $152,000 and Mount Gambier with $169,000.
