The final apartments in the $32 million ultra-premium Adelaide apartment project 217 East Terrace are being snapped up following its completion.

The development is six storeys directly overlooking the city’s picturesque East Parklands.

There is a $2.8 million asking price through Julianne Price Real Estate for 401/217 East Terrace, a three bedroom apartment with 154 sqm internal space and 115 sqm in terraces.

Another three bedroom apartment, located just above street level, has just gone under offer having been listed at $2.3 million.

Adelaide-based Minuzzo Project Management and Global Intertrade jointly developed and built the 14 apartments, with floorplans ranging in size from 123 sqm to 366 sqm.

They rank among the largest luxury apartments available in Adelaide.

The top recorded settlement price has been $4.25 million for a fifth floor apartment. Apartment 402 was next priciest at $3.05 million.

Global Intertrade has invested in South Australian property for around three decades.

Designed by architect Aplin Cook Gardner, the building will include a grand entrance lobby for residents, plus extensive underground car parking and basement storage.

Prices started from $800,000 for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment.

It was scheduled to be completed by mid-2020 with its topping out held in late 2019.

Its marketing in early 2019 offered five years rates free for owner occupiers.

Established in 1959, Minuzzo Project Management is one of South Australia’s leading family owned and operated construction management companies, led by Garry Minuzzo and his son Daniel.
