It was originally listed for $2.1 million - $2.3 million in January 2017.

Julianne Sheffield of Sheffield Real Estate marketed the property.

The 2013 built home also features a swimming pool.

The holding last sold for $442,500 in 2007 when a different house was present on the lot. 

Following the 2007 sale the home spent almost 1500 days on the market before it was knocked down and reconstructed in 2013.

The home has been unsuccessful at auction twice over the duration of the latest campaign.

The median sale price for an apartment in Burnside, SA is $960,000, according to the latest CoreLogic data.
