Ryde achieves 89% weekend auction clearance rate: CoreLogic

The Sydney region of Ryde had the highest weekend auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that out of the 29 auctions known to CoreLogic in Ryde 89.7% resulted in a successful outcome.

This was followed by Sutherland with 84% and North Sydney and Hornsby with 78.1%.

A three bedroom house at 2 Adam Street, Ryde (above) was sold over the weekend for $1.903 million.

It previously sold in 2015 for $1.46 million and again in 2010 for $700,000.

Similarly a two bedroom unit at 4/16-18 Belmore Street, Ryde (below) was sold over the weekend for $672,000.
