Apartments in CPM Realty’s $7 million boutique Enclave development in Sydney’s Russell Lea were snapped up within 45 minutes on its November 2 launch.

Situated between Drummoyne and Five Dock, Enclave will feature nine one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Designed by Buzabott Architects of Surry Hills, apartments feature timber floors, Smeg appliances and floor to ceiling glass doors, which lead to balconies.

“These types of boutique developments in the area are becoming quite rare and make for great homes or investment opportunities,” says Sam Elbanna of CPM Realty.

“There is no doubt a shortage of good stock in desirable suburbs such as this all over Sydney and with more and more people choosing apartment living is further driving this ‘lock and go’ style living,” says Elbanna.

Construction is scheduled to commence in January next year with completion to wrap up in February 2015.

The median apartment price in Russell Lea is $610,000, a 14.8% change in the past five years, according to RP Data.
