The Southbank, Melbourne apartment of Lin Tan, who heads up Rubberduck Café in Malaysia, has been listed for sale.

It is on level 26 in the Triptych building on Kavanagh Street. She paid $1.95 million for the apartment in 2010.

There are three bedrooms, two with built-in storage and the master with a full ensuite.

There is a large open-plan living room with a stone-topped Miele kitchen and butler’s pantry.

Floor-to-ceiling windows capture views over the Botanic Gardens and communal facilities include an indoor lap pool, rooftop garden and concierge service.

The property is listed with Corene Chan of Core Realty with $2.5 million hopes.
