Rocker Suze DeMarchi sells her Coogee house

Rocker Suze DeMarchi, who fronts the popular band Baby Animals, has secured the sale of her Coogee house. It came 10 days after after its recent auction.

The Arden Street home, which had a guide of $2.1 million, was passed in on a $2.18 million vendor bid.

The Perth born musician then popped on a $2.2 million asking price through The Agency's Bethwyn Richards and Monica Smit having bought the home for $1,265,000 in 2011.

It was secured when returning from the US.

The two level home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area on each level.
