Robbing one's brother's house: The alleged Medich way

McClymont doesn't say which property in her courtroom tweet, but Property Observer notes its given as Roy's house.

Roy has a $7 million Rose Bay harbourfront apartment.

And while Ron Medich has long moved on from his western Sydney origins to his unsold Point Piper harbourfront, brother Roy still retains his Denham Court estate (pictured below).

It's listed for sale at $3.2 million. It came onto the market in 2009 at $4 million furnished. The five bedroom house was built in 1992 and covers 1000 square metres over two levels - no easy robbery!
