Retired Swans ruckman Greg Stafford lists Glen Iris home

The Glen Iris, Melbourne home of the former AFL ruckman Greg Stafford has been listed with $2.5 million plus hopes.

Stafford now divides his time between his building career with Point Seven Construction and his role as ruck coach with the Melbourne Demons.

The four-bedroom house with 1920s facade is all that remains of the original home.

The expansive open-plan living rooms come with a gas fireplace and a stone kitchen with butler’s pantry.

The property is listed for a September 24 auction. Stafford, who played 204 games for Sydney and then Richmond, extended and renovated the residence at 15 Howitt Street after buying it a decade ago for $790,000.
