Recently retired North Melbourne captain Andrew Swallow and wife, Elise have listed their contemporary Albert Park renovation.

It was reported this week that Swallow is eyeing a role in coaching, possibly linking up with his young brother David who plays in the Gold Coast.

Swallow paid $920,000 in 2013, a year after he was made skipper of the team he spent his whole professional career with.

A $550,000 renovation ensued turning the home in to a "Victorian that transcends time", suggests the marketing.

The three bedroom, three bathroom home feature modern oak floors in the living and dining areas and an slick open plan kitchen.

Greg Hocking Holdsworth Albert Park agents John Holdsworth and Shane Siemers have set a December 2 auction.

He was North Melbourne's third round draft selection in 2005 when picked from East Fremantle. He played 224 games for the club.
