The retired restaurateur Margaret Hart and her retired developer husband Roger Hart have listed their Gardners Bay, Tasmania home with $1.9 million plus hopes. 

The SMP Architects-designed home sits on a 1.48 hectare lot overlooking the bay.

With three bedrooms and four bathrooms, the home is listed through Abi Freeman of Charlotte Peterswald.
