A resort-like home in Taren Point has been sold.
 
The 594 square metre house at 122 Holt Road sold last month without any price disclosure. 
 
The four-bedroom, three-bathroom contemporary house has its own private Japanese-inspired garden.
 
It last sold for $1.625 million in 2011.  
 
The property was listed by Barbora Marcinkova and Jonathan Wang at Black Diamondz Property Concierge. 
 
The median house price in Taren Point is $1.68 million according to CoreLogic RP Data.
