Renovation queen Cherie Barber, who appeared on Channel 10’s The Living Room, secured $6.3 million for her Birchgrove investment waterfront.

It was bought by Cynthia and Julian Parisi, the former Goldman Sachs investment banker who heads the family’s wholesale fresh food business.

It sold after 50 days with a $6.5 million price guide.

The five-level home with four bedrooms, a home office, movie room and roof terrace, cost $4.05 million in 2014 before Barber undertook a renovation, which included relocating its internal lift to enhance the views.
