REAL Estate Institute of Australia chief Malcolm Gunning is selling his Darlinghurst home.

The property in the award-winning Advanx building is being marketed as a house-like urban residence.

Designed by Daryl Jackson Robin Dyke Architects, the 150sqm apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace.

Di Jones Woollahra agent Sam Schumann has a $2.5 million guide for its October 31 auction.

Gunning, REIA president since 2016, paid $1.4 million in 2012. He’s set to spend more time at his Hunter Valley cattle property when his presidency ends in December.
