Record $1.51 million Guildford trophy home sale

A four bedroom Guildford homes has been sold for a record $1.51 million.

The sale of 18 Bligh Street was by private treaty sale through Starr Partners Auburn agents Greg Okladnikov and Adam Hmoud.

The contemporary house bettered the previous highest price paid for a single dwelling property in the area by more than $230,000.

It sold to a Guildford family.
