The Raize the Roof Charity Home, a home that was built with the help of volunteer, local companies and business people, has been scheduled for auction on October 20.

It has been offered by Jason Roses and Katrice Velnaar from Raise The Roof.

Local Founders Danielle & Lincoln Dal Cortivo will be donating 100% of the proceeds to Children's Starlight Foundation Canberra and SOS Children's Village Botswana.

Positioned in an elevated 654 sqm parcel of land, the house at 17 Clancy McKenna Crescent, Bonner features three bedrooms, master bedroom with private balcony, formal lounge, spacious family and meals area, gourmet kitchen, and kids retreat or study.

Other highlights include double glazed windows with views of Gungahlin, high ceilings, multiple outdoor entertaining spaces, water tanks and solar panels.

It's just a short walk to local Bonner Shops and Amaroo Shopping Centre, and a short drive to Gungahlin Town Centre.
