Radio host Michael Wipfli is calling time on his leafy east brick Victorian-era Melbourne home he shares with wife Lisa.
The Nova FM breakfast presenter bought the Armadale property for $1.48 million in 2010 but it seems the pair want more space after it was announced in December that they are expecting their second child.

According to CoreLogic RP Date, the median house price in Armadale is $1.83 million.
