Anna Lahey, the queen of collagen supplements, and her company co-founder husband Kieran Lahey have bought in Bellevue Hill.

The Vida Glow entrepreneurs will be upgrading from Darlinghurst.

They snapped up pre-auction the home of Mercury Capital's Clark Perkins and his wife Marguerite.

They wanted $10 million, but fell short with their contemporary looking 2007 home built by Peter Dunkley.

It last sold at $8.1 million in 2007.

The Perkins family have spent around $32 million on a waterfront mansion, Loch Maree at Vaucluse, which was bought from the cosmetic surgeon hotelier Jerry Schwartz.

The Michael Dysart-designed residence was completed in 1972 at a cost of $280,000.

It features stone floors quarried from a 14th century convent in France by Burgundian monks, plus Leonard French's stained glass feature windows.
