A sneak peak at the upcoming release by Mirvac in its $1 billion apartment, Quay Waterfront Newstead.

Following development approval in mid 2020, the latest tower, Sky Precinct, will be located alongside the Brisbane River and will join previously completed stages Pier, Park and Unison.

The 25 storey tower will deliver 143 one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments that have been designed by Mirvac’s in house design team to cater specifically to owner-occupiers.

Residents will be able to take advantage of Sky Precinct's Brisbane River views and the city’s sub-tropical climate, along with exclusive resident lifestyle amenities. There will be a ground-level tropical oasis with pools of water, shaded enclaves and grassed areas that connect to - and expand - Waterfront Park.

Located at 57 Skyring Terrace, Sky Precinct will contain a suite of exclusive resident lifestyle amenities including a ground-level wellness centre with a gym and yoga studio, a resident’s lounge and a private dining room on level 19.

The building community also benefits from a private residents’ lounge, wine room and dining area which can be reserved for entertaining and special events.

Set in 5.5 ha of parklands, the biophilic tower weaves garden-green freshness up and around its apartments. Natural materials and organic forms define the interior spaces, bringing the textures of the outdoors in through feature stonework, unique metal patinas and timber-like grains.

Centred by the park but connected to the best of Brisbane’s shopping and social scenes, Quay Waterfront Newstead is just 2km from the CBD. Surrounded by Fortitude Valley, Teneriffe and the river, life here offers the best of urban living balanced with the tranquillity of the waterfront.

Mirvac began developing its vision for the Waterfront Newstead masterplan in 2001 and has so far delivered three stages with the fourth underway plus a fifth and final stage in the works.
