Why Ocean Suites on Jennifer in Runaway Bay is attracting rightsizers
The launch of Ocean Suites on Jennifer has seen rightsizers descend on the small Runaway Bay enclave in the northern Gold Coast.
The luxury waterfront project of just seven villas at 10-12 Jennifer Avenue is being targeting by those seeking something different to a high-end Gold Coast beachfront apartment, which have been in plentiful supply for the last few years.
