Two Noosa properties bookending national park listed

By coincidence two Noosa properties that virtually bookend the national park have been listed for sale.

One is a Little Cove holding, the other is at Sunshine Beach.

Both vacant lots are listed through Peter Butt at Richardson & Wrench Noosa.

The 9,942-square-metre Seaview Terrace, Sunshine Beach holding, known as Lion’s Head, last sold in 2002 for $4.35 million and comes with $8 million hopes. It comes with a proposed ultra-contemporary designed residence by Gavin Maddock.

The Park Road, Little Cove holding has a $4.25 million asking price, having cost $1.75 million in 1999.

It’s the original site of Coco's restaurant, consisting of two lots totalling 1,131 square metres, which Butt suggests are suitable for redevelopment as two houses or a single extraordinary home, subject to council consent.
