The two off the plan penthouses sales in the Mermaid Beach complex, Mali settled last month.

Penthouse 1601/4-6 Alexandra Avenue fetched $4.295 million.

It was a 400 sqm two-level, north facing penthouse with rooftop terrace, swimming pool.

It came with three bedrooms and three car spaces.

Penthouse 1602/4-6 Alexandra Avenue fetched $3.875 million.

It had 360 sqm space. 

They sit in the complex of 52 contemporary residences. Mali offered one-bedroom apartments from $465,000, two bedrooms plus study from $755,000 and three bedrooms from $1,525,000. 

Five of the early owner-occupier buyers bought two and or three units to amalgamate into bigger homes.

Construction began at Mali in early 2020.

Some 75% were sold by last October with the sell out in March this year.

Some 15 apartment sales were settled in June totalling $25 million plus.

All residents have access to the full floor of recreational facilities on level 9 including heated pool, sauna, and gymnasium. 

It was developed by Dankav, which also built the 51-apartment eight-level Ivy 95 tower at Broadbeach.

Mali was designed by BDA Architecture with its curved building sides "emulating soft waves and sand dunes." 

The building’s shape was designed to help to funnel breezes through the building with green walls above the foyer.

The latest off the plan opportunities at nearby Main Beach include Pearl by Raptis.
