A three bedroom, three bathroom Brisbane riverfront apartment was sold last week for $5 million through Adcock Prestige.

The 4/91 Moray St, New Farm sale was in Pietra, a Tom Dooley Developments building completed in 2011.

It first sold at $3.5m in 2010 to a family member.

It has city views and bridge views. It features a balcony with BBQ, back patio, and two-car carpark, plus storage.

Pietra comprises seven whole floor residences and one two-level riverhouse.

Tom Dooley Developments targeted the site because it enjoys outstanding views of the city and Story Bridge, which are spectacular at night.

It has been a rental over recent years at around $2300 a week.
