The Sunland Group are seeing a range of buyers at their Mermaid Waters apartment development, The Lanes Residences.

Everyone from professional couples, empty nesters, downsizers and investors have bought in to the four waterfront buildings, with both local buyers and some relocating from interstate.

The Lanes Residences are part of the 42 hectare masterplanned community of The Lakes, designed to embrace the natural contour of Lake Unity.

Sunland worked with Contreras Earl Architecture in the design of the 10 and 12 storey mid-rise towers, which home a collection of one, two and three bedroom apartments, as well as a number of two and three bedroom penthouses.

Set in landscaping by Form Landscape Architects, the development will also feature a resort-style pool with barbecue and terrace areas, a private lounge, gym and sauna.

The Lanes Residences will sit alongside the future retail village The Lanes, set to have over 7,500 sqm of retail space including a fresh food market hall, a cafe culture, restaurants and a health and wellbeing precinct.

The Lanes Residences themselves will have a number of retail and dining offerings on the ground level, as well as a 3,500 sqm green.

Completion of The Lanes Residences is slated for mid-2021.
