One amenity that is increasingly gaining popularity is dedicated yoga rooms or spaces within developments.

They're particularly popular on the Gold Coast, and in beachfront projects, where the building opens up to the ocean and sand, creating a space perfect for yoga and meditation.

AURA on the Beach

AURA on the Beach, the latest release by ASX-listed Sydney-based ASF Group on the coveted Garfield Terrace offers a dedicated yoga space within the development.

The development provides a comprehensive resident-only amenity offering.

In addition to an ocean-view infinity pool, cabana, and gym on the podium floor, AURA also boasts a dedicated yoga room.

Designed by Brisbane-based Blight Rayner, the development takes full advantage of its coastal location, offering a tranquil space where residents can engage in yoga and meditation practices.

Nestled in the Victoria Club, located on the fourth podium level, offers an array of amenities, with the yoga lawn and studio being standout features.

Surrounded by lush greenery and nestled between two pools, the yoga lawn provides residents with an outdoor space to practice yoga while enjoying the sub-tropical climate and sunny nature of the Gold Coast.

For those seeking an indoor option, a yoga studio is conveniently situated across from the lawn.

Alongside these yoga facilities, the Victoria & Albertelopment offers a wide range of premium indoor and outdoor amenities, including a gym, wellness room, resident's lounge, children's area, cinema, outdoor dining, and barbecue pods, all beautifully integrated with verdant landscaping.

Vista

Address: 26 Vista Street, Surfers Paradise

Developer: MRCB International

MRCB International's Surfers Paradise development also embraces the trend of dedicated yoga spaces is 26 Vista, situated at a prime location just one street back from Northcliffe Beach.

Rising 51 levels, this development by DBI Design offers 280 apartments, as well as six three-storey townhouses facing Northcliffe Light Rail Station.
