the Bailey offers modern sanctuary amidst the vibrant and striking backdrop of Brisbane’s West End”, the project marketing reads.

Designed by Brisbane architecture studio DAH Architecture (DAHA), the space is curated for work and living, with a space made for both reclining with ease and entertaining with energy.

The residence connects buyers to modern amenity, with retail and transport hubs nearby, as well as a stunning rooftop pool.

Located in Brisbane’s cultural heart, West End boasts a lively lifestyle and inner-city eclectic charm, with the best of Brisbane’s restaurants, arts and culture on offer.

DAHA was formed in 2014 to produce quality design outcomes and is led by architect David Hansford.

Fresh finishes at The Bailey

“The apartments at the Bailey offer true modern sophistication brimming with high-quality inclusions and appliances”, the developers said.

Whilst inspired interiors and bright, fresh finishes help to maximise natural light and enhance the sense of open-air living.

Features in the kitchen include hybrid timber flooring, stone benchtops, Polytec cabinetry and feature panelling.

Residents can relax in their bedrooms with plush wool carpets, built-in robes and LED downlights.

The home also boasts Miele appliances, matte black hardware and ample storage.
