Comprising two vertical communities, Uno and Duo, the 203-apartment the Allere Collection was released to the market off the back of the group's previous sold out building in the precinct, Altura.
Fronting Mollison Street, the apartments have been designed by renowned architect Rothelowman, with Uno comprising 94 residences and two levels of commercial space, and Duo, set above the West Village retail precinct, homing 109 apartments to a design which Rothelowman describe as "a bold and classic take on the quintessential Queenslander."
the Allere Collection is now over 75 per cent sold, and is one of the last opportunities to buy in West Village, which has formed the new focal point of the West End precinct in South Brisbane.

Sekisui even released a series of sustainable apartments in the Allere Collection dubbed the Sustainability Series, which included sustainable features such as hardwood or recycled timber benches, select environmentally preferred timber-look flooring, and induction cooktops.
Uno and Duo are slated for completion by late 2024.
