Spyre's Arc Residences in Toowong hits 70% sold as demolition approaches
Brisbane developer Spyre has sold 70 per cent of the apartments in their striking Toowong apartment development Arc Residences, with demolition now starting to occur on site.
Spyre ended 2023 with the demolition team remobilised on the Coronation Drive site, with their machinery and recommenced with the hard demolition phase.
The demolition crew is now diligently working to dismantle the concrete structure of the existing house, paving the way for the subsequent deconstruction of the apartment building.
Arc Residences comprises a collection of 24 three and four-bedroom apartments on the banks of the Brisbane River.
