Surfers Paradise is set to welcome another oceanside neighbourhood to it's portfolio, and one that might be sold out before construction completes.

SPG Land's Paradiso Place, the striking Rothelowman-designed tower on Ferny Avenue, has sold over 75 per cent of its 258 apartments.

Boasting an unrivalled location, Paradiso Place is Australia's first luxury oceanside neighbourhood, combining the allure of the coastal lifestyle with the comforts of a contemporary home.

Each of the one, two and three-bedroom apartments within the development offer sweeping views, allowing residents to immerse themselves in the beauty of the surrounding natural environment.

With ceiling heights of nearly three metres in all living and bedroom areas, the residences create a sense of grandeur and spaciousness, with the thoughtfully designed floor plans maximising liveability, ventilation, and natural light.

Furthermore, residents have the option to customise their homes with additional upgrade options and smart home automation, providing a truly personalised living experience.

Paradiso Place's exterior design further enhances the serene ambiance, with sub-tropical landscapes, gardens, and resort-style luxury throughout.

The development features three swimming pools, including a round-shaped infinity pool, a 20-metre lap pool, and a shallow lounging pool. Residents can also enjoy a private poolside dining area.

For those seeking an active lifestyle, Paradiso Place offers a state-of-the-art gym, yoga studio, and wellness centre.

A standout feature of this exceptional development is the Sky Lounge located on level 26. The luxurious space encompasses co-working and private working spaces, a social lounge, and a Coffee Emporium.

A $4 million sales gallery is open seven days a week to prospective buyers.
