Land prices at Sovereign Islands have bounced back.

There was a $1,755,000 sale on Hampton Court through Ray White.

"This is your opportunity to own and build on the last allotment available on Hampton Court," the marketing said.

There was 26 metre waterfrontage with sheltered mooring on the 701 square metre lot with Broadwater and river views.

It last sold at $1,022,500 in 2012.

It was first sold at $1.5 million by Lewis Land in 2005.

The vendors did want $2.1 million in 2009.
