The Melbourne-based property developer, Little Projects, has topped out its Signature Broadbeach project, the biggest residential development to hit Broadbeach in over a decade.

Signature Broadbeach, which commenced construction in late 2019, has successfully completed the concrete structure of the development by pouring the final roof slab in the 245 apartment high rise.

Signature Broadbeach is the first Gold Coast development for the Melbourne-based Little Projects, fronted by high-profile Melbourne businessman Paul Little who boasts a successful development record across multiple market sectors. Signature is a joint venture with KM Develop.

Leighton Pyke of Little Projects says he is delighted to see Signature Broadbeach taking shape and is looking forward to welcoming residents in the coming months.

“It is incredibly exciting to celebrate the extraordinary progress of the building,” Pyke said.

“We are very proud to be topping out the Signature development, as we get closer to welcoming our residents to their brand-new apartment and vibrant beachfront lifestyle here in the Broadbeach precinct, where demand remains strong.

“For buyers, completing the roof slab and ‘topping out’ means we are now one step closer to completion and we can’t wait for those who purchased to be able to call Signature Broadbeach their home.

“Once complete, owners of a Signature apartment can look forward to indulging in refined beachside living, rich in understated elegance and with 5-star resort style amenity.”

“With the building structure finished, we continue to focus on the close out of the façade and completion of the internal apartment fit out”.

On completion, Signature is set to be one of the largest residential developments to ever grace Broadbeach, comprising of 245 luxury apartments with a combination of one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

Earmarked as one of the Gold Coast’s most luxury projects, Signature Broadbeach will home a host of premium inclusions for residents, including The Deck which will comprise an entire level of exclusive amenities, including lush, landscaped lawn areas, barbecue and teppanyaki facilities, a private lounge and dining room, sauna, steam room and spa, gym, cinema, and the Gold Coasts first 50-metre infinity edge lap pool.

Signature benefits from its quiet location at 12-18 Philip Avenue in Broadbeach, which is within walking distance of Pacific Fair, Star Casino, the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre and the café and dining heart of Broadbeach.

“Signature’s location in the heart of Broadbeach provides residents with access to unsurpassed amenities in an unrivalled location,” Pyke added.

“Broadbeach has the best of it all, with just a short walk to the famous beaches and a bustling entertainment precinct with world-class shopping and the best dining on the Coast.”

The sell-out of the Signature project came 12 months ahead of its completion and the success signalled to Little Projects that it had found its niche in the Gold Coast market.

The international award-winning property developers, who established themselves in 2006, have delivered and sold more than $2.5 billion of property since their inception, with the group already planning another Broadbeach development in Aperture Broadbeach
